IN-store return policy
We offer a full refund for ‘Change of Heart’ purchases returned within a 7 day period from the date an item was purchased. Proof of purchase is required for this refund.
If the item has suffered a malfunction in between leaving our store and your home, return the item within 90 days with your original receipt. We will assess the malfunction to see if it is a problem with the equipment itself, or due to human error/damage caused during customer managed installation.
For equipment problems, we extend a store credit for items returned within a 90 day period from date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required for this refund.
If the equipment damage was caused by the customer, we will do our best to resolve the issue so that you have a working device.
